I now have 5 of EcoStinger full body suits. I swim daily (only in a pool during the Pandemic), and though not hard on my suits, let me give a prospective woman buyer some tips. I'm 5'6', 160lbs (carried mostly in 44' hips). I have a 60' torso. By this company's size chart, I might have ordered a large ( it would have been too long in the torso resulting in a crouch hanging too low). The fabric has great stretch and recovery, and is why the medium size works for me. After swimming, I rinse the suit in cold water. I used to just hang it to dry, but the weight of the wet fabric can cause the suit to stretch. Now, after rinsing, I roll the suit in my large bath towel, just to blot (not twist) the water out. Then I hang it on a hanger in the shower. I have a lot of experience wearing these suits in very sunny, tropical locations and sea water. Sun protection A+, sea organisms A+. I just ordered my first suit with a hood to protect the back of my neck, and a pair of gloves in small for my hands.
